What video conferencing facilities are available
The Studio includes a 4K television and video conferencing equipment that is integrated with all major platforms, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Skype and Slack. Our equipment does not require you to connect a laptop, as meetings can be hosted or joined directly from the television.
Do you offer drinks or catering
Water and hot drinks are available throughout your visit.
What happens in my meeting overruns, or I need the room for longer
Stay on if the room's free and we'll bill the extra at the hourly rate.
What is your cancellation policy
You can cancel or move your booking online, from the link in your confirmation email, until 24 hours before it starts. If you cancel in time, we refund the full amount to the card you paid with.
